Hi, how’ya doing??

Today is little be cold…BUT, You know what? It’s time to start blooming cherry blossom in OKINAWA!!

In Okinawa, Blooming cherry blossom usually come from north area to south area gradually. 

It different to other prefecture in Japan.

Anyway I want to introduce to you about OUR HOUSE CHERRY BLOSSOM. 

Please see the picture…It looks like nothing….

But first, please listen my those cherry trees story and what’s happen.

読谷村内では、そろそろ満開の時期なのですが、ウチのは青々としています。
実はこの桜の木は、家を新築した直後に苗木から植えました。
親父には「10年は掛かるよ」と鼻で笑われていました。
でも、それでも良いんですよ。
急いで桜の花を観たい訳ではなく、私達家族と共に成長していく姿を目に焼きつけながら、いつの日か
桜を満開に咲かすのをじっと待つのもまた、一興ではありませんか？
しかし、そう思いながらも、毎年この時期になると、近くに寄ってつぼみが無いか観察しているのです。

When I had had a brand new house, I planted sapling  cherry tree. 

My father said to me”growing up the cherry tree takes almost 10 years..That’s too long.” 

But, I don’t care about that. Because, I didn’t want to see the blooming immediately.

 I just want see the growing of cherry tree with my life day by day….

However, every this season I check that cherry is blooming or not;))

10 years later…..And today morning, I was checking it…like every seasons……

OMG!! IT’S BLOOMING!!!! Only three… BUT BLOOMING!!!

今朝も桜の木に寄ると1箇所だけ花が咲いているではありませんか！

2本あるウチの1本だけが花を付けたのですが、これから少しづつ咲かせていくのでしょうか？
何か見ていると、今年はあまり咲かずに、年を重ねる毎に花が増えていく気がします。
今年は、少ししか咲かないと思いますが、来年にはもう少し咲いていると思うので、楽しみが増えました。

May be this year is done.

But, I’m loo king forward to see the next year and, FULL BLOOM someday!!!
